I have too many color photos, but they give me joy.  Colors are vivid and organic, like life and for me hyper-realism is what enlightens my senses.  However, it can seem too common even at that.  Regardless of such trappings, I enjoy them to the fullest.  I am trying to avoid the typical tourist shots, but hope to show the luxurious contribution of light and images around us, and communication that happens between human relationship whether it is stated or not.  Sometimes, it is just chance to you may see somethings that are so harmonious.   Here are some samplings of my shots.

Symphony of Green
You can imagine water nymphs calling you to come into the water to your watery grave.  I love the pre-raphaelite elements.

Blue and Green, Maui Landscape
To me this shot was unreal.  Seemingly, no signs of civiliation which is wonderful.  Hard to believe just a few miles from there are only resorts and more resorts.  Regardless of how manicured and pretty the resorts are, they seem like eye sores to me.

Fluid Greens

I try to have cut flowers as often as I can.  I rarely take pictures of my arrangements, but I couldn't resist on this one.  I had just bought a copy of a Mattise print, which is unlike his usual fare.  It is a window with a view where horses can be seen with arid earth in front of a Spanish looking house.  The recogizable motif is the flower arrangement next to the window in the interior.  I had placed my arrangement in front of the print, and it echoed each other which is why I took the picture (you can't see it here because of the crop, but I thought it was neat, the process behind the image).  So since the flowers looked better in front of my painting, I took a picture of that instead.  I guess, your own creations have a better echo if it has something to reflect off of (albeit hidden behind it).

Flowers, Open Air Market
I love corn flowers (blue) and sweet pea flowers.  Yes, they are common and simple, almost rustic and country and I love them for it.  I love no fuss flowers that grow without any special care from me.  I refuse to grow orchids, for I kill them all without meaning too. I do get them as gifts, so maybe I'll try to keep it alive longer, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
